Great cut of Picaña! We seared/grilled it on our komado grill. Was amazing, melt in your mouth, so much flavor locked in! I might try a more traditional rotisserie style next time to see how it turns out. The pão de queijo was also amazing, I think the 3 of us ate almost an entire kilo of them and 3lbs of picaña! The gentleman at the store was very helpful, prices were fair especially for the quality! I will be returning.

Tried their Wagyu and Black Angus Picanha, along with the chicken hearts and chicken wings. All were top quality meat that turned the Memorial day weekend such a tasteful one. They have so many options to choose from in regards to both meat selection and Brazilian based products. Do yourself a favor if you love BBQ, go try their butcher shop!!!!

I know nothing about Brazilian cuts or seasoning. But the Angus I just grilled was delicious and closer to ribeye than sirloin, just as the young lady with excellent English explained. (They do have ribeye - tomorrow, but I am happy with today!) My cut has a thick layer of fat on one side and resembles a top sirloin but has much better mouth feel. I think I need figure out how to render the fat to benefit the meat better — but I am restricted to George Foreman’s open face smokeless grill. And meat was great! Storekeeper talked me into his favorite seasoning pack - big salt, big flavor: similar to a Chicago. You have to buy the whole piece of meat: they will cut it into pieces for you. Mine was a bit over 3 pounds, 5 cuts, and way reasonable.
Oh, and I bought housemade sausage... more to follow! SUPPORT THESE FOLKS DOING GOOD WORK AT FAIR PRICES!!!
