Wow. So just got a call from Danny after my wife and I were working towards buying a shed from these folks. Unfortunately, Danny must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed and forgot I was the one putting money in HIS pocket, and decided instead to demand impatiently that I either buy a shed or ‘I’m gonna delete the contract’. Ok. Don’t make threats to me buddy, my money is just as good at one of your competitors.

Keep in mind the family member he left in charge never knew what he was doing in their ordering system while we were there hardly over a week ago. Had he known what he was doing I’d have BOUGHT the shed.

But that was all apparently my fault when he got a hold of me today. Folks, take your money somewhere where you’ll be treated like a customer and not an obligation. Still can’t believe the call I just had. Unreal.

Edit: So Danny and I have been corresponding via email, and unfortunately, Danny is just not a salesperson. The initial phone call, as described in my initial review, was purely 'you gonna come in and complete the contract, or am I going to remove it?' around a bunch of silence while he waited for an answer. Unfortunately, this is not how that call should have been handled. Instead, maybe the following would have gone a LOT further to furthering business with me, especially since I was already a foot out the door based on the experience we've already had in person: "Hey Rob, I’m back from my trip and noticed you still have an open order with us, still interested in purchasing something? I know you had to deal with someone here at the desk for an hour trying to figure out how to create an order for a shed, my apologies." No need to mention removing contracts. No need to be short with me and frustrated over something that costs Danny nothing. All that doesn't concern the customer. Rebuild the contract if and when you need to Danny, plain and simple. I never even need to know.

Not sure what Danny is referring to on the 'took your money' in his response to this review, but I never claimed that. I just said my money was just as good somewhere else. And the threat Danny 'never made' WAS a threat: buy the shed or I'm deleting the contract (to any customer would read as 'I am tired of waiting on this, buy it or I'm trashing effort you've made with us as a customer). No customer cares if there is a 'contract open' between you and some other company or website. That's the last thing a salesperson would say to a customer.

And a little help for Danny on some definitions:

threat: a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action on someone in retribution for something done or not done.

hostile: unfriendly; antagonistic.

All the best to Danny's business in the future. My suggestion is to train your people, and either take some salesperson/customer relation classes or hire someone who has a basic grasp of it to make your phone calls.

Outstanding!! I got a great deal on a great building!! The quality of construction on their buildings is top notch, well above some others that I looked at, and their prices are very reasonable too. Even better, their people and their service are excellent. Wendy, the sales person, was very nice and helpful. Joe, the delivery driver, was a true class act, incredibly nice and accommodated my schedule to a T. He even delivered the building well ahead of the original schedule simply because I called him and asked him to. The only issue I had was there was a mix up with the paperwork from a middleman, not these people’s fault at all, and the ramps I ordered were not delivered with the building. When I called to check on how to rectify it the owner answered. He was incredibly nice and helpful. He already knew about the issue because Joe had already called him! He was already working on it and had a plan to get my ramps to me ASAP. You just can’t beat that type of service! So I definitely would buy from them again and I definitely recommend you do the same. Don’t even mess with other dealers!
