Horrible service. Bought a trailer and it ended up they had previous knowledge that the couplers were broken. Hopped of my truck and rammed into the back. Told me to have a professional weld on a new coupler and they would reimburse me. But it has been months of me calling, and they still have not. I also have random screws just falling out of the wood. This is a brand new 2024 trailer.

Put together without engineering, pride or quality control.
Never take this unit out in winter weather.
I bought a 36ft by 8ft high triple axle Nationcraft trailer late last year. As trailers go, this unit is inexpensive but you truly get what you pay for. the unit looks very nice from the outside and seemed to pull really nice but soon enough, Issues started showing up that ranged from annoying to unacceptable.
The brake wire leading to the triple axle is a single 16 Gauge wire draped below the frame. Each of the axles has a simple connector. They never worked well and after 1000 miles, one of the ground connectors had pulled from the frame and on another, the feed wire was mounted in such a way that it had pinched off between the axle and the spring. I replaced the wiring with 10 gauge in conduit and they now work better.
The tailgate spring was too loose on the top, to the point where the wire came of the reel, and too tight when down. The dealer had tried to fix this but I noticed the same problem with the other high trailers on the lot. To make up for the extra tension when down, it appears the good folks at Nationcraft solved the problem by taking a full sheet of plywood, cutting it in half, doubling it up and call it a heavy duty beaver tail.
the axles were almost 1/4" away from parallel. This is especially annoying on a double or triple axle
The sticker on the trailer states the tires should be inflated to 80psi but the actual tires the trailer came with are only rated for 65psi and seem a couple ply short of what they're supposed to be.
On the annoying side, the interior trim pieces started falling off as the staples used to instal them went straight through the trim. The cross pieces on the frame below are mostly thin walled square tubing and the screws into the plywood flooring often miss the spot.
there are areas of thick undercoating but the vast majority of the frame has no paint at all and, although this unit has seen no winter driving, has already a fair bit of rust.
I left an email to the company with these concerns but it was never followed up on.

My sons and I brought this trailer in February, 2024 for my husband birthday. By May, we noticed the sides were separating from the trailer. I had numerous conversations with Mitch and Cargo Crush (Stacey) regarding the repair. Mitch had excuses after excuses. The owner would never call me to discuss the issue. Stacey tried to help, but as of today 8/13:24, it’s NOT repaired. The trailer has a manufacture warranty that will soon expire and the trailer is not repaired!! Nation craft has very poor customers , and the quality of this trailer is very poor. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Nationcraft produces and excellent trailer at a price that beats any competitor. They custom built an enclosed trailer for me in less time than I could order one from any other manufacturer at a significant less cost. Their customer service and warranty department are second to none. Response time is immediate and service goes above and beyond. I will certainly be ordering Nationcraft in the future. Our new 7x16 V-nose aluminum trailer had a number of warranty issues right after our first trip. There was loose wiring, broken wires, unfinished wiring, loose aluminum trim, and the rear wooden gate ramp cracked the first time the motorcycle was driven onto the trailer!

I contacted Nationcraft to get these items fixed. The Warranty Dept. agreed to send me some fasteners and instructed me to locally purchase some materials which they would reimburse me for. They also agreed to me doing the repair work and reimbursing me for a few hours of labor. I kept Mitch informed of everything I was doing and verbally received multiple assurances that I would be reimbursed for all costs. They were happy with me doing the work so they would not have to.

I submitted all my material receipts and an invoice for 3 hours of my time to do all the repairs in April, 2024. Mitch confirmed receipt of the invoice and assured me it was submitted for payment. Despite multiple calls and emails following up on this issue, Nationcraft has never made good on their promises to reimburse me for these expenses. Very disappointing.
