Check in at gate 1, then go to guard shack to go to your assigned dock. 30 min later ppwk in hand and heading out the gate. Plenty of room to maneuver and parking on site available also. Everyone from shipping clerk to security to forklift operators were pleasant to deal with.

I consider this place one of the nicest places I have ever been to, the people who work here are kind, polite and hard working if you have a delivery you won't stay more than 30 minutes. By the way, overnight is available. Thank you guys

Check in at gate 1 and back to gate 2 to get load/unload ! Fast hard working! people! Took me 4 hour earlier then appt time ! Few trucks overnight parking available on site !

Great place!! Pull in and park. Check in. They will tell you to pull on the scale wait for a green light. Back into a door quick loading. They do need a 2nd weight so you will scale out and get your paperwork. Drive safe drivers

They have overnight parking in a gravel parking lot at gate 1, depending on the load picking up you may have to go back onto the road and go to gate 2 after checking in and scaling in, but they are good with explaining where you have to go, everybody I talked to was nice and it only took like 20 minutes to load

When I arrived I had to park my truck to check into shipping and receiving. Drivers when arriving do not drive on scale park first. Driver's once checked in you will have to drive to the other side of the building to get a dock.

A truck was attempting to turn left on to Ed Ward Road from Hwy. 129. The truck driver stopped in the road...no blinker...no oncoming traffic. I almost hit him. I'm sure he had no idea if he was on the correct road.
There needs to be a MDI sign placed at the end of this road.
There has already been one bad accident here involving an 18 wheeler. I'm certain a sign might help prevent any other accidents and may save a life. I actually went to MDI but the owner was not there. I told the ones working of my concern. They were nice. They told me the sign was on the other end of Ed Ward Road. Hopefully they will place one on the opposite end as well.
