Was told I’ll be taking to court for being late it was the second week of a weekly payment plan …I paid on time for 3 months so I return the item and bought it cash 2 times cheaper instead..:Worst experience ever they didn’t even wanna set it up and sent one guy to pick it up …very unprofessional

I rented a in Good condition washer and dryer and it was brought here NASTY WITH WATER AND ROACH BUGS AND DROPPINGS AND SMELLS LIKE ITNWAS THE WASHER AT THE CHICKEN PLANT! NEVER WILL I EVER RENT ANOTHER USED ANYTHING FROM HERE SO DISAPPOINTED I HAVE A TOTALLY DISABLED SON AND I WORK HARD TO KEEP ANY SMELL OUTTA MY HOUSE NEVERTHELESS BUGS MY HOUSE am NOW IS AT RISK FOR BUGS AND IT PURE STINKS IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT CLEANED IM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS AND IVE ALREADY CALLED AS SOON AS IT WAS BROUGHT THIS WAYBYET NO ONe HAS RRIED TO REACH OUT NOT

It’s been pretty good the auto pay. Had messed up a couple times but other wise it’s easy ! Yes I maybe paying a little more in the long run but when you in a bind and need a washer it’s a great optio.

Very unprofessional! Will not honor agreements made online!! And because we made a complaint against them manager kept our money because we decided not get product after they kept changing our agreement! They wanted more money than what was asked for online! I believe the Troy store is scamming! Be careful! We will not let this go! They really deserve no stars?

Worse customer service ever. First i got told my couches would be here Thursday at 1. Waited around for it, never showed. Called and then got told oh we have you for Friday now so we will get it to you first thing in the morning so around 10:30-12. Never showed again. Told me that he didn’t know where the workers were and that they should of been back a hour ago. It is now 4 o’clock and was told at 12 that they would be here in a hour. Just awful.
