Hello, I want to inform you all that this company never fixed my Raptor properly, form the begining car was sagging in the rear by 2-4" wheels rubbed quarter fenders and damged them, i have requested photos of repair progress never received what i wanted. NOW WHEN YOU DRIVE BEHIND ME THE CAR ISNT RIDING STRAIGHT, WHEN YOU DRIVE IT AND ACCELERATE REAR END IS FISHTAILING SUPER UNSAFE FEEL. They took it to local body shop, NO PHOTOS ON REPAIR PROVIDED AS I ASKED FOR, car is still sagging in the rear, (LOWER IN THE REAR BY 4") I THINK THEY JUST ENDED UP ADDING LEAFSPRINGS IN THE REAR. CAR IS WARPING TIRES BADLY! OLIN manager is telling me CAR ISNT UNDERWARRANTY I HAVE PHOTOS PROVE WHEN PURCHASED BUILD CAR AND ALL IN PROGRESS. I HAVE ASKED FOR BUILD SHEET, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE THE ISSUE, SCA CARS BUILR ARE VERY POOR ALL BUMPERS AND BRAKETS SHOW RUST AFTER TWO YEARS, LOOKS VERY BAD FOR THE PRICE YOU PURCHASE THE CAR FOR.

Truck was 1 month old and lost all power. When I got it towed back to the dealer they told me that it was a bad relay switch that SCA knows is bad but won’t recall them.
They are just waiting for warranty to run out .

Also 1 of side steps is rusted after 3 years . Rust is so bad that you it had to be rusting after the first year just powder coat was hiding it. Once powder coat popped off completely rust.

My wheel well can’t be tighten and flaps in the wind.

Don’t buy anything from SCA.!!
Next call will be to Chevy.

I recently purchased a 2021 F-150 Black Widow. The truck is awesome, beautiful beast. It had some vibration issues, the Ford Dealership did their part (after 3 weeks) but not fix. SCA took it (6 days) and rechecked everything (update 1) after today (12Nov21) I have a small vibration at 55-59 mph but I am going to learn how to live with it. ?

I am very pleased with the service level and from Mr. Hatcher and Heath to the BW Facebook page for owners some people just great helpers. Customer service at best. I'm hoping my experience with my truck can bring me a big smile for years to come and enjoy this big investment.

Had a few things that needed fixed. I contacted SCA about warranty items. Customer service was fast response and very helpful. The items requested were sent directly to me overnight. (Wheel rings)

SCA did a fantastic job on my son's F-150 Black Widow package! But even better than that, is the exemplary customer service I received when the truck needed to have an extension bracket replaced. Bobby went completely out of his way to make sure my son's truck was fixed. He coordinated a drop off at a local Ford dealer to have the work done and everything was 100% smooth. We were coming from about 90 miles away, which made the repair process challenging, but the entire process went off without a hitch. I highly recommend SCA both for their Black Widow package AND their service backing up their product.
