People are literally something else me and my husband drove 2 hours here just to be sold a car with transmission issues only a few days later after receiving the car, we called the sales person to notify him of an issue not thinking to much of it and was told we can bring it back there for servicing or go to any Chevy dealership if we don't want t to drive another 2 hours but we were not told if we go to any Chevy dealership we would not be able to use our standard warranty that was good for 30 days we had already used our extended warranty and the company had already approved the work and labor and diagnostic was transmission issues with led on the system. That's not all on top of that we had to pay a $500 deductible on a car we only had for less than a week and was kept in the shop for 3 weeks! We were told we had only put only 200 miles on the car and keep in mind we lived 2 hours away from the dealership we called to see if the dealership can cover the $500 since it was declared a pre existing issue the denied after fighting with the sales person and the manger even the extended warranty said they should cover it but the denied no reason why .On top of that no one from the dealership called to check on us to see if we had everything handled but they are quick enough to take our 5,000 and not even a couple of days go by we have to pay $500 for a pre existing issue that we were told all test have been ran and nothing was wrong with the car, We bought this car for our big family my husband is not working at the moment and it's just my income I had to do a payment plan yo cover the $500 because the dealership bailed on us.Its its disappointing and this is not how you do business we are lied to and we pay 100 extra a month doesn't extend warranty with a $500 deductible that was told to us either we were told once we leave there we are good and covered that was a lie. I have talk to Fox news and will be airing my story to alert others, please be careful when you buy cars people are scammers and dishonest. ( Edit to show proof to the owner the car we bought was not a blue Ford actually it was a white Chevy Traverse and second you are NOT sorry because of you were you would of taken full responsibility!! what car will have transmission issues within a few days of buying the car with only 200 miles driven ! we noticed a issue the same day on the way home and followed all protocols but because we were not properly informed correctly by your staff you still refused that doesn't show SORRY and I will be glad to add the photo's of the report that was given to us by the extended warranty on what needed to be repaired !! )The photos were taken on your lot ! Yes because the seller did not inform us that if we come to back there we can use the standard warranty we were told we can take it to any Chevy dealership and was not told otherwise until we reached back out to you guys regarding a deductible. I'm sure you're calls are recorded and you can go back and hear the conversation we had with your seller but I'm sure that won't happen because you guys don't really care how you treat people! So what this shows me is if you guys cannot provide correct information and as a customer we are held accountable! until this day I'm still making payments and no offer has been helped to cover, that's not sorry !

Travelled from Atlanta to buy a Ford Mach E at Hutchinson Ford. Great experience. Initially discussed pricing (very competitive) on phone with Jordan and sales manager Dave. Drove down to Forsyth with my trade in the next day, everything very fair with pricing as promised on phone. No hidden fees or hassles. Atul helped me day of purchase and did a fabulous job orienting me to the car. Saved me about $2000 + compared to buying same car in Atlanta. Highly recommend this dealership.

This review pertains to the Service Center. Dennis and Cindy are both amazing members of the Ford Service team at Hutchinson Ford of Forsyth. My truck wasn't starting. It had to be towed there. My appointment was not until the next day, so on the day of my appointment I receive an update from them that my truck was in line to receive service. They had my truck fixed the same day.
Everyone was nice and polite at the dealership when I went over to pick it up. Big shoutout to Michael Hutchinson, Dennis, Cindy and the rest of the team for making my experience seamless.
