I deleted my first bad review from months back for multiple reasons, mainly because I thought you had improved. This morning I ordered a bacon egg n cheese biscuit and received an English muffin instead (after waiting 25 minutes) which I hate 😑

Placed an order in the drive thru. The girl taking the orders was SO polite and read our order back to us, all perfect.
When we were handed the food I had ordered a large fruit cup along with a salad and other food for my family. Good thing we pulled over and checked the bags because my fruit cup was missing. My husband went in to get the large fruit cup and he was given a tiny cup not even half way full of fruit. Very disappointing!

This Chick-fil-a is way behind the others in the area. It has gotten slower the longer it’s been open. The food is great once you wait 45min to get it. I would suggest driving to bass road in Macon or locust grove, since it would be faster to drive there and back.

This location is the best I have ever visited. ❤️ this new location is so well run; service logistics, design of dining area with max seating for space without feeling crowded. Also, the food was delicious. The grilled nuggets were perfectly cooked & waffle fries were fresh. The entire operation was amazing 👏. The place was busy, and all customers were graciously and efficiently served. Workers seemed to have a great attitude.

Both times I went here, I had an absolutely amazing experience! My food was great both times I went! The service was amazing and very well respectful! I was in Forsyth for Police Training, and this Chick-fil-A was honestly better than the one in my honest town. Hands down! Amazing Job!

I travel a lot on the road and I always eat at Chick-Fill-A and this is the first time I've been to a Chick-Fill-A where the service is slow, food is overcooked and the food is cold. There were like 8 people and they only served the people in the drive thru. I waited more than 5 minutes to be served at the counter and the girl ignored me and didn't even say - I'll help you! A long line waiting inside the restaurant. If you're going to eat dinner inside and they're in a hurry, it's best not to stop there.

I place a mobile Thru order and it took 45 minutes to receive it. Very disappointing for it to be a new one. I will definitely keep going to bass road.. Probably needs more training to happen.. I hope it improves soon.. They also had the mobile thru lane closed.. What’s the point of having it if it’s not going to be used..
