Thanks to Donny’s Propane for always providing prompt customer service. We have had the greatest service the two years we have been dealing with them. Deborah in the office is always so professional and timely with taking our calls. Today, we had Josh (friendly and great tech) here in an hour to solve our hot water issues from a lightning strike. We highly recommend Donny’s!

After having many issues with our previous propane company, we decided to have Donny’s install a new tank. And I’m so glad we did! Their service was prompt. They were polite and knowledgeable. When the regulator wasn’t working properly, Adam came out on a Friday night from over an hour away to fix it because he knew we wouldn’t otherwise have hot water! I am so pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone! If you’re thinking about switching, do it! It’s worth it!!

Donny's Propane Gas is an excellent company with professional leadership. When my new gas range was damaged by the delivery company, Donny’s technician handle the situation allowing me to use the range until the replacement was delivered. Then Donny’s installed the new range propane conversion at no cost and the manager personally came to my house to assure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. His prices are the best in town. I most highly recommend Donny’s. They are my propane company and they should be yours too.

Adam, Ricky, Deborah and the entire team assisting with our propane tank installation and pool lanterns were just wonderful! Every point of contact was professional and efficient, with exceptional service. Our pool lanterns were especially challenging to install, but their fantastic crew collaborated seamlessly with our mason and the end result exceeded our expectations in every way. I've used Donnys for almost a year now. They have met all of my propane needs. They have great prices. They don't offer low rates and then add fees on top after the fact. They are up front on the final per gallon cost. They have friendly staff on the phone and in the field. Will continue to use and rely on Donny's!
