The task of building a home can be both intimidating and exciting. After meeting with a few contractors, we chose George Emami/PrimePoint Ventures. It was the right decision! From breaking ground to turning the key, it only took about seven months. Throughout the project, George and his team maintained excellent communication with us. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They took the stress out of building! The quality of work and attention to detail superseded our expectations. I love my new home!

Nothing but the best with George and his team. He initially helped me find my first home and talk me through the home buying process in 2016. Considered him a friend by the end of the process. Called him in 2019 and he went above and beyond to help get us in a new home and get our first home sold. In 2020 we refinanced through prime point and it was an amazingly easy process. This year he and Tomi helped me get that house sold and buy another. Along with the help of Velvet at prime point mortgage which again was a breeze. She facilitated the closing on my new house in less than a month with a great rate. George goes above and beyond for his clients and I would not look anywhere else if I needed real estate or mortgage needs in the future. George and his team will always try to make sure you are happy no matter if it’s during the buying or selling process. He is a man of good character and really cares about his clients, constituents, and Monroe county.

As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous to go through this process. Tomi and George were both great in helping us through! They were always honest and patient. We saw many homes over a six-month time frame, and they were always patient with us while looking for the perfect fit. They were also very straight forward about issues with the homes we looked at whether it be bug issue, cosmetic damage, etc. Once we found our home and put in an offer, we discovered that the new flooring was not installed correctly, and they were able to help us get it redone before we closed on the house. I would definitely do business with them in the future!

We had the incredibly unfortunate experience of buying a new construction home built by George Emami of and PrimePoint Ventures. Buying the home George Emami constructed was the absolute worst buying experience we have ever had. And we have bought and sold several homes before, so we know the difference. The home he sold us, we discovered after living in it a few months after purchasing, is quickly falling apart (paint peeling on all exterior doors, cabinet trim falling off cabinets due to construction defects, cabinets cracking, kitchen grout cracking, seam tears appearing on our walls - just to list a few of the issues), presumably due to his use of subpar materials. When we pointed out these issues and asked him to fix, George Emami told us GA law didn’t require him to fix it (untrue!). Then, he mentioned that he would only fix a few things, ONLY IF we signed a non-disparagement agreement (essentially a gag order), so that anyone who asked us how our home was would not know the truth of it. Neighbors tell us they call our house, "the George Emami house,” so the neighbors are fully aware of who is responsible for it’s construction. SHAME ON HIM! Incredibly Shameful! Now we have a newly constructed home that is in serious need of renovation and needs many repairs.
