I won a smoked brisket from here at a golf tournament. Picked it up on Friday after calling ahead on Wednesday. While I was waiting in the store, I checked out their cases and bought some smoked chicken salad. They had a ton of other choices but I had other things to do. Lots of meats to choose from including summer sausage, ribs, jerky, pork skins, spices, rubs, sauces, you name it.

Best brisket I've ever had, also best chicken salad hands down. I know their pork sausage is good because a friend brings it to grill whenever he comes over. I had just not been here myself. That changes today. I will definitely be back, but I'll just make sure not to be hungry because I'd buy everything in the store!

I grabbed some snack meat sticks, smoked salmon, and got a suggestion to try the smoked chicken salad that fella makes.
All were good, but oh my, that smoked chicken salad is super dense in the pint, probably 6 sandwiches out of it, and so AMAZINGLY good on sourdough!
I put in goat cheese with it, and it was perfect.

Needed a cheese platter for the Christmas party and got some great help from Jeff!! When we was out of a few items he went back and prepared more for me. He was very knowledgeable and shared with me how to setup and what to pair on my cheese board. Everything was fresh and delicious! Will go back

Need a spiral ham and brisket last minute for Christmas and they did not hesitate to. The brisket was a home run and that spiral ham was a grand-slam. The honey was throughout the entire ham and not just the edges.

Had a $50 gift certificate with NO expiration date on it. It was almost 2 years old. He refused to honor it. Stated that meat cost more than it did 2 years ago. What? He has the $50 already, I'm the one getting less product for my money. Sorry that's illegal. No expiration date means you have to honor it. He's a thief.

The BEST sausage, keilbasa, and jerky I have ever had. The smoked cheeses go great with eggs. The smoked chicken salad is like a new zing on an old favorite. Just try them out, you won't be disappointed.
