Looked and looked for a good newer car than my 02 explorer sport when I stumbled across a 2015 with only 88k on it. I arrived around 3:30, test drove it, and fell in love with it. It's been about a week now and I knew about the rust from it being up north, but I didn't notice the check engine light was actually broken and only a few LEDs work. I noticed that it is on and am now Left wondering what it could be. I had a very pleasant experience buying the car and there was absolutely no pressure on anything that I did. This is the only issue I have and honestly just wish the dealership would have notified me about it.
Overall awesome experience for my second dealership purchase☺️

Update as of June 30th 2024: My timing is completely off and my engine stutters while idling and roughly idles on top of that. There could be a plethora of problems including the timing chain, which is a very costly repair. I think I may be regretting purchasing this vehicle

SE Automotive is amazing! I looked for cars all over the Jacksonville area and they as frustrated by the amount of dealer fees most places charge. SE Automotive does not charge a massive dealer fee and are honest and dependable. I even took my vehicle back to have two minor things fixed and Owner Allen agreed to fix at no charge. Pretty awesome for an as-is vehicle! Highly recommend and I will be back for sure. Make sure and ask for Krysty!

Very happy with the service I received. Was nearly ready to give up looking for a good used vehicle as a first time car for my teenage daughter. Found the make, model and color of the vehicle she desired at Southeastern Automotive Group. After reviewing the car specs online, I called and spoke with them via phone. I asked for an honest opinion of the vehicle and told them it was for my teen daughter. As I live out of town, they test drove it for me and gave me an honest opinion and a recommendation of which they followed through to handle. I arrived and viewed the vehicle. I purchased it on the spot based off the atmosphere, the conversation with them, and their honest opinion and genuine attitude. I never even drove it until after I left the dealership. It is refreshing to meet good and honest salesmen. My daughter will be thrilled and I am happy she is in a safe vehicle.

I purchased a car literally a month ago and within a couple weeks of having it, I started having major problems with it. When politely calling and asking Kristi and the owner for assistance, they got annoyed and didn’t reach back out. Needless to say, my car broke down on me (while driving, might I add) and now I have to pay more getting it fixed than I do for the first month payment 🙃 save your time and go somewhere else for a vehicle please.
