We put a couple of NY Strips and a Ribeye on the Big Green Egg for dinner- seasoned with nothing but salt and pepper. Wow!! Both were better than any steak I have bought anywhere around here. Tender, flavorful, moist (had to throw that word in there). Absolutely worth the drive to Hilltop Farms to get them. I always like supporting a good local business but when the food is that good it's easy. Do yourself a favor and pick up some J&J Beef at Hilltop Farms for your next grilling occasion - you will not regret it!
