I was in a car accident and took it to Joe Hudson for them to fix it and it broke ok them from December to February to fix it and when I got it back the line from my oil was not fix. And they said it was guaranteed for life now my pain is falling off my bumper. My bumper is not hooked on correctly, and the lady that kept answering the phone was very rude And when I call them to ask them, can I bring it in to let them fix it they keep telling me no

This shop had my vehicle for almost 60 days with initial estimate at $1.7k in damage. Final cost to insurance was almost $20k for front end damage (fender bender). The failure to communicate or offer assistance after admitting it was their fault they couldn’t have it ready was unprofessional. I would highly advise using a neighbor before this shop.

I dropped my car off on a Monday (day 1) and was told it should be ready by Friday, day 5. I called the next Monday (day 8) to find out what was going on with my car. I was told they had to switch some things up in the shop and it would be ready this upcoming Friday, day 13. I called the next Monday (day 15) and was told parts were an issue. My repair job did not call for any parts. The Monday (day16) I called again and was told they were having to recalibrate some things. I’m pretty sure a simple paint job didn’t call for calibration of anything. This was a simple deep scratch repair that needed painting. I called on Friday (day 20) and was told that it may or may or may not be ready by the end of the day. I received a text at roughly 2:00 and the car was ready. I really wish this company would have been straight with me from the start about how long this repair would take. I have read several google reviews that the same thing has happened to them. I have used Joe Hudson before without any problems but in this case, I felt like I was lied to.

Worst experience ever, My car has been with them over a month now. Still no update. The Office manager Beth is Clueless they need more dekigent workers who actually care about the service they provide. I will never go to them again I wouldn't let them fix a scooter. ?

Joe Hudson’s did a great job on my Rogue. From beginning to end of the repairs, I was kept updated on the progress. If fact, my car was ready to earlier than expected which was nice because we had a wedding to attend that weekend in Chattanooga and I really wanted to have my own car for the trip.
