Very unprofessional. Totally waste of money for the taxpayers. Yes taxpayers. The guards are very unprofessional and rude. Looking at you with bad smile and think themselves Navy Generals! The stuff on the other hand, very polite but useless. Can do nothing but wasting your time and sending you back hopelessly. They even told me that they do can nothing but sitting there. Also the guards have discrimination problem, you will find out if you will be there. Overall ZERO STAR.

This is the asylum office has 2nd most asylum rejections and terminations in United states. If you have an interview here , you dont have a chance to get a positive result. Immediately change your address to a south or west coast state so your case will be sent to another asylum office.
Believe me the officers and director of this office are there just to terminate asylums especially from muslim countries

Unhinged screaming, accosting passersby, and harassing women are some of the wonderful things the clientele of this place bring to our area. Diversity is truly our strength!

All who work here should be ashamed.

This office is a joke. I don't understand why USCIS complains about application loads. I think it is better to see what you have done to help the situation. 2 years ago I have been interviewed, not once but twice. But I still didn't get a decision. And they don't give you any explanation on why they are delaying the decision. Why not close cases that you have spend time and energy on; instead of jumping from case to case without completing the job (making decisions). Very poor management and no accountability at all.

Thank God I moved to another state and transferred my case from this horrible office all the workers are unprofessional and treat asylum seekers as they’re not human being instead of helping them, if you want to get a final decision I recommend that you move to another state at least when you come to the asylum office you’ll feel respected unlike this Arlington VA office, you don’t even deserve one star you should be ashamed of the way you treat all this refugees.... Now I don’t even want to remember the way I was treated at this office

Called many times on the status of our applications after receiving news that they will expedite Muslim refugees' asylum. Seems there is nobody there to speak our language. I am afraid for my family safety back home. Can't believe the inaction of these people.
