This place does amazing work - fantastic customer service, transparent facility, and the best meat packaging I have received. Even more, the turn around was fantastic. Drove at least 45 mins out from where we typically go for our processing when they randomly decided to not accept deer and did not tell us on the phone, but after this experience, fully intend to make the drive out just for these folks without a doubt switching to Brown's. 5 stars since google won't let me give any more than that, but they deserve it

Browns is the best processor in the area by far. They are the most professional and have the best communication. Fast turn around, clean facilities and a friendly staff. Vacuumed sealed meat is also a plus. Yes, they fill up quick during peak season but they work hard to open up and service customers to the best of their abilities. It is much appreciated.

Disappointed to have lived in the area all of my life and just now discover you guys. The facility is top notch and probably cleanest I have seen. I dropped off my deer on Saturday and received a message that it was ready on Sunday. The customer service, packaging, and quality you guys offer is amazing!

Simply the best. You'll think you've brought your deer to a world class CLEAN butcher shop. Definitely ping them ahead of time as they have a limited number of hooks which can get full during peak season.

Over the past few years he’s been highly u reliable and has turned us away multiple times. Today being opening day at 11am and he’s “not caught up, come back at 5pm” despite being “open”

Extremely disappointed. Rejected for service before 11am on opening day. They should have anticipated the demand. Staff was rude and dismissive, telling us to come back later—by then, the deer would have rotted. Unacceptable.
