I bought a 7x14 dump trailer from Chris, he was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. It’s nice to talk to someone “down to earth” in sales. He made the deal easy. I had a little issue with the lights working with my truck properly, and without hesitation Craig and Connor got right to work and had everything working the way it should and got me on the road in no time. These guys were an example of what good customer service should be. It was very refreshing in a time where good customer service is scarce. Thanks again!

Experience with the assistant manager was fine although he was interrupted by several phone calls as it appeared that he was the only person answering the phone. It's also difficult to make decisions based only on manufacturer's limited photos. Having several tops (or sections of them) on hand with various options installed would be a big help in the decision making process. The real test of the business will come in a few weeks when the top I ordered arrives and gets installed on my truck. Hopefully, there will be no issues with the top or its installation.

Looking for a small trailer went to 3 diffnert places. No one had them last plca I went ,before going North ,drove on lot ,there set my trailer. So I bougth it then went back n picked it up a couple days later.

If your looking for quality trailers and truck accessories with superior customer service to back it up, look no further. I have bought 2 trailers from them and just had them install a class 5 hitch on my truck. I am extremely please with the level of customer service here. They are also lucky enough to have one of the best mechanic/ shop guys around. Mark has decades of experience so I feel safe having him install parts like hitches that will be put under heavy loads and MUST hold up. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them through the years.

I ordered a trailer hitch from Leonard and had it installed here today. It was priced very fairly and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Mike, the manager, went above and beyond to help me select the right hitch for my needs. He was super-friendly and full of helpful energy, which I appreciated a lot. There are many trailers and buildings to choose from the lot and lots of accessories on display inside. My guess is, if there was anything I needed that was not in immediate stock, this store would be more than happy to get it. I wish Mike and his team all the best!!

I bought a trailer from them and the process was absolutely flawless. During the process I asked if they were able to move a building from one location to another and I was told yes.
A few weeks later I contacted them to set up the move, I told them the size, location of where it was and going and, when asked if it was Leonard building I said no. All that information was taken down and I paid for the move and was told Sharon would be in touch soon to schedule the move.
Sharon called me a few days later and we scheduled the move to happen on the following Tuesday.
The weekend prior to the scheduled move date my family worked tirelessly to empty out and prepare the shed to be moved. We moved the boxes via trailer to be stored since it wasn’t calling for rain until after the move.
Tuesday comes and I speak to Sharon first thing and she says it’ll be this afternoon, the driver will call you to give an ETA. At 1:50 I receive a call from David, the driver, he tells me how the day has been long and he’s been going since 7am, he’s trying to get the GPS to load as he was in the middle of nowhere… while waiting he asked was my building a 10x12, I said no, it’s a 12x20 & he asked me was this a Leonard building and I said no. He then told me his eta was 3:20 and he’d see me then.
I pull my daughter out of school and head down to the location of the shed… 3:20 passes… at 3:45 I call David’s cell and get no answer. I wait a few minutes then call again. Nothing. At 4pm I call Sharon back who tells me he’s not coming because it’s not a Leonard building and says they were supposed to call you 1.5 hours ago… I stated I received no calls, texts or voicemail.. she said between David and the store they were supposed to call.
I hang up with her and call Chris at the store. He’s baffled and knows nothing of this and when I told him it was because it wasn’t a Leonard building he told me that they had changed policy from not being able to haul them to now they could.
Chris did all her could and tried to find a contractor with no luck. Chris stated it was on the ticket that it was not a Leonard building so Sharon and whoever her team is should’ve caught that if it was an issue before even contacting me to schedule.
This whole ordeal was a shit show. Clearly communication between corporate, scheduling and the store lacks greatly.
Do better.
Chris was the saving grace from being a 1 star. He was awesome. Everyone else, including the district manager were incompetent and showed no empathy towards the situation.
