I had a wonderful experience at Blue Ridge Trailer recently while purchasing a used horse trailer. Everyone I interacted with there from the ladies in the office, to the gentlemen in the shop, were extremely accommodating and helpful. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and they put great effort into making sure the trailers they sell are in the very best condition possible. I had peace of mind on my long drive home to Vermont, knowing that the trailer I was towing was in tip top shape.

I'll preface this review by saying that I haven't bought anything here.....yet! But I will definitely be back. Jaime and Mary were the absolute best to work with. They went through and explained several concepts and ideas to me that I hadn't considered when looking at trailers. They took their time and didn't seem to be in a rush (even though it was 40 and very windy outside). They explained to me the process for getting and even renting their equipment. At the end of our conversation I had more information than I anticipated about many of the trailers on their yard and even greater business acumen for which types of trailers I am going to deploy next in my fleet. I'll update this review once I purchase the first trailer.

Great People Great Service! I took my boss’s horse trailer in to be inspected and washed, from the guys in the shop, to the ladies in the office, and the guy who washed our trailer, they were all very helpful, informative, and hospitable, they made the over all experience great. This is definitely the go to trailer place.

My used trailer felt practically brand new, thanks to the exceptional care and dedication of their service team. They provided me with helpful educational handouts about tires and trailer care, making sure I left with a solid understanding of everything. All the ladies at Blue Ridge Trailer sales were very friendly and helpful. I had all the paperwork set up before i came in to purchase my Sport Haven trailer. Picking up delivery of the trailer was a seamless transaction, and the Trailer tech was very helpful in getting things hooked up properly. Would definitely recommend for your trailer needs.
