Great people and service. Filling a local need without having to go to a big box store in next town. Got there in thunderstorm. They took me and my dog in. Let me chat for awhile til the storm passed and was on my way. Must be good people because my dog doesn't warm to to alot of people. Dogs know!

The easiest way for me to show love to my community is to shop locally owned businesses. Thus why I decided to shop here, although It didn't hurt that it's literally across the street from me. I had visited the store on 2 occasions just to browse, but my third visit I neded things so I actually got the shoppers experience. One gentleman was very helpful as he found everything I needed instead of pointing me in a direction. I'm new to this town so for me it was a bit intimidating each time I entered Harpo's. This being the only issue I found. The first thing you'll see when entering is the front counter where 3, maybe 4 guys will be standing. As a female I instantly felt odd and out of place. In my opinion, a big smile and a warm welcome would've went a long way to ease my anxiety. Still, I give the store 5 stars as I think it's certainly deserving.

Good selection, decent pricing and a helpful staff. But lose alot of business because they are closed half a day Saturday and closed Sunday. Most people work during the week, and work on projects during the weekend. But since they are closed you have to go to Lowes. Just a loss in sales for them. And most of the time I go to Lowes just in case I get the wrong item so I can return it. Otherwise I would have to wait until Monday.

Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. Local is always better. Who likes to travel when there's things to do and little time to do them?

We try and support them as much as we can. Better customer service than Lowes. Our track always has something that needs fixing and they always have what we need.
