It’s my first time dilevering here a load of appels in n out less than 2 hrs truck entrance is from w Avondale ave as you can see in pick it’s for apples load I’m not sure about other loads and first you have to go park at the scale and go inside check in and they’ll gave you 2 papers that has all the info on it. Definitely gonna come here again

Nice peeps.
Apple deliveries, turn into Avondale. Big red signs will direct you to staging area then walk up the scale house to check-in… also, scale on property has been fix. Updated 10/24/24

Appointments only my appointment was at 7:00AM checked in at 7:30 only 30 minutes late I’ve been told it’s a first come first serve and I end up sitting here for 12 hours but you can check in early open at 6:00AM Good luck 👍🏼

I'm sure everyone has had great experiences here however, I've been here for over 5hrs at the dock and watched several trucks get loaded and take off while they stopped loading me over an hour ago and still not a word from anyone. This place is horrible.

I have to update this, after I finally got loaded the loader came out and was very apologetic about the wait. Apparently there was some sort of technical difficulty and that's all I really wanted was to be made aware of the delay. With that said I am changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars because everything else was great

They stuck a port-o-john out in the check in area and think they are nice for providing drivers a place to "go". They have a sign telling driver not to ask to use a "real" restroom onsite.
I was forced to use these many times while on the road due to these companies thinking so little of us. We are out here trying to feed our families and earn a living just like everyone else. Shame. While covid was raging we were still out here shoving your products around the country when we could have been home with our families, but noooooo we were supposed to feel appreciated because we were offered a nasty unisex hole with a potty seat to relieve ourselves in after driving an 8 hour stretch to pick up your product or deliver to you. Sheesh.

Broken scale at the facility, if you deliver get a scale ticket a the truck stop .3 miles away before checking in, if not they will send you to get weighted, then when emptied you have to go weight again to get your paperwork
