Tinman has been great to us! We use them as a back up when our fab shop is too busy. We also purchase stainless steel spiral when our normal vendor is backed up. They have been very helpful, professional and my orders are always handled in a timely manner.

Unsure about their quality. The only person to talk to to make a phone order went on break at noon and never came back. I left my number twice and still have not received a call. The order was for the simplest of things and could have made them myself in less than a half hour with a full sheet metal shop. They might be great, I guess so great they don't really need that much business. Who cares about quality when you can't get customer service. I work in the industry and their level of service shouldn't be acceptable to anyone.

I have been using Tin Man sheet metal for years!! Today was the last straw!! They have new office personnel and new numbers to call your order in on. And if they don't receive your order they tell you to try a different one. Now there is a 2 day turn around on the metal from when they finally receive your order. They Only worry about the big orders!! It's shame!!! Their good reviews are from 3 and 4 years ago.
