On Sunday 03/23/25 I went to buy 4 lbs of ribs 4lbs of new York stake they charged me correct. When I got home I only have 3lbs of new York stake I called them and they told me that they don't make errors a day be me has taken extra loud away, I said I buy my meat here foe a long time and I never had this inconvenience, I return back to the place to get my pound back and compasation we don't gives out compensation and they only going to gives the lb of steak that I was missing and next time I have to make sure they are giving the right amount of meat. They were very rude I ask to speak with the owner of the place and they told me they don't gives out that info, They are cheating with the meat make sure if you buy stake here u are getting what you paid for.

The “supposed” managers are rude because there is more than one, if you buy meat at this place make sure you are getting what you paid for. They cheated on my steak when I went home and weighed it was not what paid for, when I called they told me that I was lying and that I took the meat away I said no I buy meat here for years and never had any issues, very rude

Nice, fresh and well priced meat cut with different varieties of meat(Lamb, cow, pork, chicken...)to choose from.
Service is good and good communication despite minimal English speaking attendants on some visits.

Some Sundays this place close really early. I show up at 4:30pm and it was already closed, when they scheduled to close at 6:00pm unacceptable!!!!!! On 03/23/2025 I went to buy 4lbs ribs, 4lbs of New York strip stake they charged as it is but when I got home it was 3lbs of New York stake. I called them and they told me to come back I went back and they did admit their mistake I ask them for compassion for their mistake and the said no and they told me next time make sure you are getting right amount of meat. I asked to speak with their manager and they told me they were the manager and I asked to speak with the owner and they told they cannot gives that information out, my conclusion is that place doesn’t have any body to resolve and issue when it happens they are rude and can’t even talk to people. So please weight your meat when you get home.

Zero customer service. I waited 15 minutes and was ignored. People that arrived after me were helped before me. RUDE!! WILL NEVER WALK IN THEIR DOOR AGAIN!

Bought 9 lbs brisket packer on Saturday afternoon for a cook on Monday. Had to throw the whole thing out after we pulled it out of the fridge green and slimy with a very bad odor in the fridge. Such a waste. I doubt I will ever come again.
