I just Made a trip to the Buckley store and I was looking at the prices of the wood pellets and I made a comment that it didn't have any prices so I asked if the were free cause they should have price tags and I got an answer and the another person made a smart comment ate that had no correlation to the subject at had and came across totally disrespectful and they all started laughing, either way I was gonna but two tons but you lost my business because I certainly don't need the attitude. There are at least three competing businesses in the area I can give my hard earned money to without the petty attitude.

Have used Arrow for a couple of house lumber packages, and tons of other smaller projects starting back when they opened in 1999. They have real reasonable delivery fees and can schedule it within a few days usually, or sooner depending on location.
I like that they are involved in the community and have lots of different things going on, just to name a few - Santa night, young musicians playing at the store, and a customer appreciation BBQ with venders showing the latest materials and tools. they have a surprising amount of things, I always call first to see if I can save a trip to into Bonny Lake. Thanks Guys!
These guys go so far out of there way to be helpful that when I noticed a mistake on one of my invoices I called and straightened it out - even thought it cost me more $. This store is not at all like the big box stores.
I have a friend who is a General contractor who lives around Centralia WA and he loves the Eatonville Arrow store.

Great store family owned, great lumber quality. BUT! The employees lack any respect for customers. With sour attitudes, that have no issues cussing you out. I will be contacting management with my experience. This location has lost my money for the extent of my lifetime.

As other reviewers have noted, these people do not have the very best customer service. Sometimes it seems as if they don't really actually want your business, or are just too busy to ring up a simple sale. Multi-tasking talent is sorely lacking. As just a regular/non contract customer I feel they could be doing better. The young guy in the yard is nice as hell and a hard worker though. The guys in the office move at one speed.

Great little store with lots of stuff for almost every project. I prefer to go here instead of Homedepot for small items cause I can get in and out quickly. Also if you need help, they all are right there to assist instead of having to find someone and then them find someone else.
