Well done. Everything was great except waiting in queue outside in freezing cold weather. I have been to other haunted houses and some of them actually anticipate the queue size and provide some sort of tent covering. This helps with the cold.

But full marks to the haunted house. The price here is reasonable. They don't sell online tickets and you have to come here to buy them. The VIP tickets almost don't have any wait time. That is super quick. So if you don't want to wait go for VIP or fast pass whatever is the correct name.

Exceptionally well done attraction. We had a reasonably quick wait, and paid cash directly at the door. Very reasonable rate of $20 compared to other haunts in the city. In total, it took around 15/20 minutes to get through, and had some of the best themed rooms I’ve seen. Definitely worth the trip!

Amazing haunted house. This did not disappoint!! We recently went to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in Florida and this trumped anything we experienced there. Line moved quickly, yet we weren’t rushed through. So much amazing detail in every room. I don’t usually get scared in haunted houses, but I jumped about 6 times here. LOVED IT!!! We will be back next year!

This place was so worth the long drive for us. I love how we didn't know what to expect without the use of social media and just relied on Google reviews. We went to 5 houses this weekend and this one was our favorite. Great actors, great well detailed sets and so many jump scares . On top of that it is actually affordable and it is a solid 15 maybe even 20 min walkthrough. So worth it, thankyou ! We will return again.

Wait was decent (appx 30 mins). Lots of scare actors on a Saturday in the house. Nice staff. Take it slower to really enjoy and keep distance between you and other parties. This house is long and has a variety of atmospheres. The actors enjoyed interacting with us, we were having fun. Overall it was a fun house, as adults we laughed and had a few startles!

Wow. I just arrived home from the Fright Factory, and it delivered. The actors and their costumes were impressive, delivering more jump scares than I can count. With very detailed scenes and disorienting effects, the atmosphere was intense. This is what haunted houses are supposed to be!
