This place is a logbook killer. Delivered a load of bulk potatoes, checked in at 1 pm, out at 5am next day. It takes about 3 hours to unload a truck, and only 1 truck at a time. Also be prepared to spend around 200$ for a trailer washout after that, which is 1 mile down the road, then try to do your best to never come back here.

Multiple things to unpack here. Let’s start with lack of courtesy. I had a 8am appointment this morning for a pick up. Notified their shipper I was running behind because it was snowing really bad to the point I had to put chains on in the middle of the highway because traffic was stuck and sliding everywhere and the shoulder was covered. The lady working during the day doesn’t seem to care or acknowledge that we drivers run into unpredictable situations out of our control. I’m just a driver. I didn’t have to take the time to call it’s my dispatcher job to do that but I was trying to be courteous of everyone. So we had to pay a $108.12 late fee. Once I arrived and paid the fee she said they’ll call me with a door. Now mind you there is trucks who were here before me and came after me ON TIME. I’m writing this review at 8:40pm PDT. I arrived at 10am PDT. About 10+ trucks have been waiting this entire time for a door and the doors have been available all day. (See photo). The disrespect for our time here is ridiculous and once your loaded they expect you to drive to the flying J down the road to scale and come back for your paperwork scale ticket in hand. In order to do that, that requires time off our work clock. Time we wont have because we’ve been sitting for hours on end while the clock is running down. I will not be doing business here myself again.

Polly is very nice and helpful but now come back to loading very slow checked In 9:45AM she gave me the door right away but loading is very slow 2pm got loaded. Bring your one meal atleast. Im giving two stars only because of Polly fisher.

If you are coming here for pick up and for TQL and the broker name is Dale, make sure that you will be hauling 44.000 pounds. They post the load as 39850 but actual weight is 44.000 … Be ready to get over weighted but if you are good with 44000 make sure you ask extra for that heavy load.

I refused the load and ended up paying $145.00 for unloading.

Spent 9 hours here , plus $145.00 and wasted my day

They must not care about truckers here. We got here 4 hrs early. Our appointment was at 4pm it is now 6:42 almost three hours after the appointment and no trucks have been in or out of the bays. Only two out of 16 bays have trailers connected. I could understand if business was booming, but nothing has happened at all, dead. And that's what I'll be by the time I make it out of here.

it's ok but they don't tell you when u have to work on your day off until literally the day before sometimes wich is annoying if you made plans or have a family
