Waited almost 2 hours in line just for the lady to tell me to find my case online. She sounded like its her first day on the job. No help what so ever and was clueless on how to help me use the website when she referred me terrible service.

Be prepared when you challenge a speeding ticket for the call to take over 30 minutes for the judge to deal with other people's tickets first after telling you there were audio issues and they couldn't hear you for about 5 minutes. And then the judge could potentially find your case committed without bothering to have the officer present or any potential video reviewed.

Went around 11am, you will need money order for state department. You can find fees online for what passport you need and how fast to process it, plus a 35.00 fee paid to court house for processing/cash/card/check. Bring 2 passport photos, money order,ID,birth certificate, forms are in lobby to fill out. Super friendly and was noy to busy. A lot easy than i thought it would be.
