This is the worst company to deal with. and as many others have mentioned the worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favor and find another retailer.
I hope everyone of them spends a lot of money on something that doesn't work, and they get nothing but the runaround. what goes around comes around UScutter They have sold me a non-working machine and refuse to accept my return just days after having paid for set up by a professional Roland installer that couldn't even get it working. It is looking most likely that its mainly because they sold me a used machine that was out of the year manufactures warranty over a year ago and was registered to someone else before me.
I am so glad I have all the proof I need to clearly show beyond a reasonable doubt they are SCAMMERS!

Dear USCutter Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issue regarding my order (RMA# 100521222). I have been attempting to resolve the situation with the damaged printer and drying machine I received, but despite multiple attempts to communicate, I have received no adequate assistance.

As a disabled veteran, I have been treated with a complete lack of respect and care throughout this process. I contacted your support team on multiple occasions, only to be hung up on three times. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate action on this matter.

I was assured by your team that the Claims Department would resolve this issue promptly, but as of now, I have not received any actionable updates. I am still left without the equipment I paid for, and I am now out over $6,000.

I demand the following:

A call tag for the return of the damaged items (printer and drying machine) so they can be picked up immediately at no further cost to me.
Confirmation of full refund upon return, as outlined in your policy. The RMA number should be honored, and I should not face any additional delays or fees.
Please prioritize this issue and respond to me with an actionable plan within 24 hours. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to take further action to escalate this matter and protect my rights as a consumer.

I can say enough about Michael from this locate. The moment we walked in we were greeted with genuine smile and enthusiasm. This gentleman was very knowledgeable about the product and also went out his way to give other options and opinions about our task. This service can’t be topped from all the other companies I’ve dealt with so far.

I bought a US Cutter 5 in 1 heat press. Three of the four platens would not heat to a working temperature. I exchanged it for a new one. That one didn't work either. After calibrating twice, I emailed customer service (Peter) the same day it arrived with videos showing the temperatures from a laser temp gun. They never answered that email. When I tried to reopen the case they said that the time had elapsed. They could not show a response to the case/my email. The CS manager (Jeremy) said they responded but could not show proof of a response. Both Peter and Jeremy ran around in circles with excuses that didn't even compute. Several calls and emails to the president of the company, Karl Bowman, went unanswered as well. A month later the board went out at around 1500 cycles. The products are garbage. The service is garbage. All the way to the top of this company. Save yourself the trouble and spend the couple extra hundred on a real machine from a reputable source.

About done with vinyl cutting, I’ve bought 6 of my 7 cutters from here and now it’s like pulling teeth to get the vinyl for them. Ever since Mike left they don’t have the vinyl in any of the sizes and colors that I used to buy here and getting them from Amazon is killing me cost wise! I wish they would get their act together and stay stocked ordering from the Memphis store makes no sense due to shipping cost.
