I've always felt a bit nervous about going to the Highline campus because it's like a maze, and I tend to get lost. But this time, I called ahead, and the receptionist gave me super clear directions so I found the office right away!

On the day of my appointment, the receptionists were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They really care about each person who walks in, and it was such a pleasant atmosphere. I had to wait for about five minutes, but it was nice because I felt so welcomed.

When it was time for my bone density scan, the assistant was absolutely lovely! She explained everything to me, and even when I got my dressing a bit mixed up, she was so sweet about it – telling me it was totally okay.

Then I went on to have my mammogram, and that experience was wonderful too! The technician was light-hearted and friendly, which really helped take my mind off things. I usually dread mammograms, but she made it so much easier. Overall, my appointment was a fantastic experience!

I’m from Texas and this by far is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to! My daughter came in extreme pain spent all day there and we constantly had to ask for someone to help her manage it, the staff seemed annoyed and rude, doctors and nurses have terrible beside manners the nurse left my daughters hand and arm all bruised by poking her so much as if they don’t know what they are doing this place is so dirty and smelly to! We had to go to another hospital after spending all day here with there in adequate help! Don’t come here if you’re in need of medical assistance!!

The emergency room staff was wonderful. Nice and polite. I had all of the test done quickly, which included labs, X-ray, EKG, ultrasound and a Cat Scan. The Dr came to my room and gave me directions for my health care. I have no complaints regarding my care. I am not a big fan of the Emergency Rooms in this area, I have been to several unfortunately and in my opinion St.Anne’s is the best

St. Anne Hospital (formerly known as Highline Hospital) has always been my go-to place for healthcare and a good place for emergencies. The location is convenient, and the staff is very professional.

The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, and they care. I went to the emergency room to get stitches on my head from an accident at work a while back. The doctor did a great job. My younger sister just had a mastectomy and was fully recovered and discharged on her second day. That is amazing.

The hospital looks beautiful! The souls of individuals working at this hospital are also beautiful! I am grateful and very pleased with the staff at this fantastic hospital.

To be clear, this review is for the Urgent Care portion of the Franciscan Health in Burien.

The doctor prescribed prednisone to help deal with a bad cough during to bronchitis. After a few days, my cough was subsiding but I felt like I was crawling out of my skin. After doing some research, talking to a nurse practitioner I know, and then recalling my previously prescribed steroids, prescribed steroid dosages are typically tapered over their course to avoid these kinds of reactions. Instead, the doctor prescribed 40 mg per day for five days. While my cough did vanish, it took several days for me to get back to get over the dizziness and lightheadedness to feeling normal again from the steroid dosage.

I looked back and found that I’d taken prednisone several times in the past using decreasing dosages and never had this issue, so I know it wasn’t a reaction to the steroid itself, just the consistent dosage over time.

Overall, my experiences with St. Ann’s over the years has been very good. However, over the last six months there has been some lapses in their treatment, including one where they would not approve a prescription refill after my PCP had left, even though there was one refill left. They insisted I come in to talk to a newly assigned PCP who wasn’t available until three weeks after I’d run out of medication. All this without notifying me. It took me questioning my pharmacy to find out my refill had been denied and several phone call trying to get Franciscan to understand they were leaving me high and dry before the finally agreed to let me see a doctor who would not be my PCP for the refill.

Two strikes, one more and I’m switching providers. Hopefully these are just glitches.

One last thing; I would not have written this review if that hadn’t been constantly annoying me with reminders to do so. It’s not always best to get what you ask for.

We recently had a wonderful experience at St. Anne Hospital, Birth Center in Burien, WA where my wife delivered our baby. The entire staff was incredibly professional, kind, and caring throughout our stay. A special thank you to Dr. Blevins, such an amazing person, and to the nurses Rossana, Salima, Lana, and others whose names I have forgotten, but whose professionalism, kindness and support we will always remember. Their compassionate care made a big difference during this special time in our lives. We’re truly grateful!

Goes to show they don’t read their reviews before sending out a second review for Google, I wish this review was based on a wonderful experience but this is not one of those. It was awful and considering how we feel when we visit an Emergency Room we want to be heard and not told we’re busy and you can sit down. Or left in a room with your IV bag empty and when you ask a hospital staff employee to help you’re told not my job. But yet they want to make sure you have money to pay the bill you get. In short I wouldn’t send my Cats there for care.
