Hands down the best title agency in Washington!
The staff here are incredibly polite, professional, and impressively efficient. Their customer service is nothing short of outstanding. Informative, friendly, and genuinely caring. Even with how popular they are, they handle every client with patience and precision. It’s no surprise why everyone comes here. The wait is absolutely worth it for the level of service you receive. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality and professionalism!

After having a rough go of it at another license agency I decided to give this place a shot. Needed to transfer an out of state title and get new plates. Called ahead of time to ensure I brought everything I needed. The girl that helped me was amazing. She really knew her stuff and reassured me everything would work out just fine. And it did! Only gripe I could make is the line was long but I arrived around lunch hour and seeing them hustle and hearing their respectful tones helped me get over that. It's not like I was expecting a hot cocoa, I was expecting a DMV type experience. In and out in 1 hour so pretty good in my opinion. They were quick, just make sure to read the signage when you arrive so you get in the proper line and listen carefully when verifying information as you are processing important data for yourself and government records. Highly recommend!

I needed to transfer a title and I didn't have the original. They do quick titles at this location and can get you a new one same day. The lady helping us was amazing and quick. I would definitely go to this place again

Siler management and employee the are super customers service super fast happy face all of them each one working they know how they doing they job and customer service supper 100% percent I really enjoyed and happy to go do it business with them. I moved across the country, but I misplaced my title for my car during the move. I called Siler and they were extremely helpful on the phone, told me everything I needed for a quick title. I even threw in a bunch of extra questions that they answered with politeness and ease. I mailed them everything required on a Monday, and by the next Monday I had the title in hand. Their service was way above my expectations (though I need to give some kudos to UPS as well...). Thank you!

I ordered my tabs online, there was about five people in line but it went very quickly I was in and out in no time. Very friendly staff. Keep in mind there is limited parking but I found a spot no problem.

Ok this is the WOREST EVER LIKE ITS BAD, I’ll explain why. The waiting is so long like I’m not quite sure if everyone is new and learning and ok with that but they’re so slow I could build a house, also the attitude? In this year why are we being rude? Also remind you I paid online my tab just needed to pick it up I went there 9am left 11:48. My sister came with me she needed registration guess what she’s still in there should have asked to be mailed or went to the one in Kent or federal way. Also the hours are lie majority of time it says it’s open but guess what “ closed” I went before usual lunch time like 9-1030 this is my 5th time going there finally it wasn’t closed. I wouldn’t have cared if they’re rude just please be fast enough and give what I need I’ll be out your way. Also man I need chai after writing this. I always try to be positive and think maybe they had bad day but this is repeat. I’ll never come here again last time I learned my lesson 😭
