My husband brought in an expensive item to engrave with his Father’s initials for a retirement gift. They used the wrong font! The counter person acknowledged their mistake and offered an apology but still charged him for it.

Definitely give this local shop a chance BUT double check, triple check even, that they have it right. My husband was really bummed out.
