Absolute HORRIBLE business -- avoid at all costs! No one answers the phone at any of their extensions. No one responds to emails. Dates that Leon provides never make the mark (he can't hit the dates he provides to us and is always late, generally by over a month). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING PLAYED WITH AND TOLD LIES!

Parts were sent in to Production Plating and we were told by Heather Nash that there would be a 4-6 turn around time. 28 days later we still do not have our parts back and after chasing them down over the course of 3 days we were told they don't have the ability to do the plating we had discussed despite having thorough conversations before sending in parts. DO NOT USE Production Plating if you need parts on a dead line, even if you discuss said deadline with them. Frustrating doesn't begin to sum up our dealings with them.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever encountered, parts lost, parts scrapped, no return calls! An order was placed in Oct. 2016 it is now Jan 2017 and they can't find our parts! I would avoid using this company at all costs....
