Holiday processing has got to be the top processor in Arizona. They treat you like you are their most valued customer. The care with which they handle the processing of your livestock that requires so much time and work to get to that point the care that they put out to your animal for your customers or for your own use is second to none. This place is an great uncle of mine pretty much. They have Best meat around better then any local store especially for the price! Great quality and great taste. I heard arlington beef is good, but no thanks.... I'm gonna go where I know where the best of the best is. Thanks Jason and Josh! Yall are like family! Straight up I'll be getting on the list again sooner rather then later when my freezer is getting low. Lol got beef for days still. Take care 5 stars!! 🌟

What can I say about Holliday Processing? Absolutley wonderful team at Holliday Processors! Our beef looks and smells amazing and Temmen Cattle Co. will be using them exclusively from this point forward. Thank you to Jason and Tony especially, for not only, showing me around the facility but for their impeccable customer service answering my very many very detailed (and probably annoying) questions! If you don't read the rest of this review, know at least this: Jason was so helpful and forgiving for a mistake I made and helped me figure out my order. The order looks great!

So I ordered half a cow and Holliday Processing processed it for me. I went to pick up my half cow, got home. My boyfriend helped me put the order away. He was in charge of ground beef. When we finished putting it away, I thought it odd I only had 1 pack of ribeye.

I called and texted back and forth with Jason. Finally, we figured it out after he had gone through his whole freezer! Poor guy! It was all our fault! My boyfriend had mixed up ground beef and my ribeyes! I felt horrible!

Jason had been looking for my order for 2 hours thinking they did something wrong and it was me the whole time!

Their employees were all very friendly and inviting. Please use them, I'd recommend them to everyone. Jason had so much patience for me and kept customer service at 100% the whole time. Thank you again Jason! Very professional environment!

Definitely not a good experience! Would give zero stars if possible! After receiving our "product " back it was clearly not the hog we took in for processing! We took in a very large white pig , and after receiving mostly sausage and several packages of very petite ribs , all of a foul taste . We finally unwrapped the hog head to cook in a pit as a family tradition, and the color of this small hog head was black and very scroungy looking ! We paid for over 300+ lbs of meat , not 150lbs of funky sausage! Very Bad business. When called I received nothing but the runaround. Will never return. But will definitely report to BBB! WHAT A SCAM !
