They tell you a load will be ready by midnight, and it's 4:30am before you finally get out of there, after getting tired all over again. Waited a total of 15 hours for a drop n hook list that should have been ready. Only been twice and both times other drivers were complaining about how bad it is to load here. Place like this should have to pay a driver detention pay for every hour you sit waiting after the appointment time. Bet that would stop the bs.

City of Tolleson should be ashamed for letting a company like this, to operate for so long. I guess if you pay the right people, they'll continue to look the other way. Same or if not worse goes for the "Union" that sees everything but does nothing!

Had a 0100-0600 delivery had a three stop load and the guard shack said because it’s a 3 stop delivery u must wait until 5am. What the point of the window delivery if ur not gonna take me between the window. Come on JBS.

I would give this place a zero stars. It's the most disgusting place I ever seen. I don't eat any meat coming from this plant. My husband used to work here and the stories he told me were the worst I have ever heard. Workers are abused and unsafe working conditions. I always ask where people buy their meat restaurants etc and I say no thanks .This place needs to shut down

They assign a door but it is occupied so you sit and wait for an unknown amount of time. As I was writing, a staff member came and assigned another door but still 3 stars max.
