The whole team is top notch! Not only was his 250lbs of meat in the freezer absolutely delicious but the raw, pure beauty of him was completely captured! A flood of emotions and memories instantly brought back by this artwork!! Thank you Miller's! Grade A!

We bought a half a cow from a local rancher and he said he dropped them off at this processor… Chase ( the manager or owner? ) called walked us through the process and it seemed like this was going to go great. Well, no one ever called us to let us know that our cow was ready to be picked up. I had a call to find out, a few times. We picked it up and paid for it. Come to find out not only were we missing the fat from the cow like we asked for we were missing about 60 pounds in ground beef and got zero rump roast with our order, where that meat went….? I have no idea but it makes you question everything else when you’re missing stuff. It seems we paid for a half of a cow and received closer to a quarter. We called them to try and rectify it( multiple times ) and the guy will not call us back. It has been almost a month and a half now ( we got our order January 03/2025) and we are still waiting on our meat and a callback. I had to reach out to the rancher who said he was able to contact Chase and told me chase would call us back, yet Chase refuses to call us back. Seems awfully suspicious. I just want what we paid for. If you scroll back far down in the reviews few years, It looks like they did the same thing to someone else not too
long ago, so not the first time, and probably won’t be the last I would stay away from this place. I wish I had seen that review before we let them process our meat.

The Millers are amazing! Their customer service is exceptional and they’re always very thorough with explaining the process and going through all of the details. Their hot jerky is my favorite! I highly recommend the Millers.

I really liked this place. The front office was very kind to me. And answered all of my questions. The butcher in the back, grabbing my meat, was also very kind to me. It was a little hard finding the entrance because truck trailers are blocking it off. And I like that they required license and tag number. That they are all American citizens. tells me they're running a business how they should. I'm excited to get the meat when they finish!

Did a good job on my elk a couple years back but this go around with my deer was much different. Had some jerky made up and not one of the bags was even sealed like they threw the jerky in the bag and boxed it up. Also had asked for my game bags back when I dropped the deer off which I was told I would get back and they were never returned. Have tried calling, leaving messages and have not heard back.

I’ve been coming to Miller’s Southwestern Processing for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my game. I’ll keep bringing my game here as long as I’m able to hunt—or until the day you guys decide to close (which I hope never happens). Highly recommend!

Excellent. Harvested an elk near Flagstaff and I would normally take it to a local spot in Flag, but I heard good things about these guys so I dropped it off at their Clint’s Well spot. They processed it in a reasonable time and everything we have had so far is amazing. I definitely recommend their garlic pepper sticks. For me it is a drive to get to them but I’ll definitely take my next one to these guys.

Brought my daughter’s elk here and they did a really great job with trimming the steaks. And the ground is very good. I recommend them 👍
