The sales team was outstanding! Our salesperson, Nick, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Grenadier and clearly takes his job seriously. He genuinely cared about our experience, which we really appreciated. While we encountered a couple of hiccups with the Service Department, the strong leadership and sales team made all the difference. The sales manager quickly stepped in to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, a great expedience!

My apologies for taking so long to write this review gentleman.

I bought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from Arrowhead INEOS Grenadier the day after my birthday, and even over a month later, I’m still blown away by the experience. After visiting several dealerships and hearing every pitch under the sun, I came in pretty skeptical. But Dillon and Ronald were nothing short of exceptional.

They didn’t just say the right things—they followed through on every promise. On top of that, both of them are Jeep owners themselves, and they shared some really helpful tips and advice that only true enthusiasts would know. Their knowledge and honesty made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

When my wife is ready for her next vehicle, these are the guys we’re going to. I highly recommend Arrowhead INEOS Grenadier to anyone looking for a no-pressure, honest car buying experience.

Nick, Justin, Brian, and Ramiro all were so helpful at Grenadier Scottsdale. Nick was patient as we added all the accessories on our Grenadier. We were from out of state, the entire team hustled to get our Grenadier ready by the first of the next week as we were leaving town. They delivered above and beyond. Any questions we had later, each one of them were quick to respond via email or phone call. Thank you for all your help! Especially being a new product and in the middle of construction at your own dealership, I know you guys were ALL super busy and took the time to deliver on my Grenadier.

I went in to INEOS Arrowhead after thinking about trading in my new Porsche for something more practical for my lifestyle. Nick and the rest of the team were super helpful in winning me over. Ok, the INEOS Grenadier vehicle speaks for itself! Capable, incredible, robust, etc,etc. But, without support, without a superb dealer partnership all would be worthless!

This review is about Arrowhead INEOS. (Lets just say we love the vehicle). I am a pretty old guy who has purchased many, many vehicles. I was hesitant to pursue the Grenadier based on it's newness to the USA. I can be pretty stubborn when it comes to vehicle purchases. I will NOT be "sold." However, I was NOT ready for what I experienced at Arrowhead. It took 30 seconds of conversation with Rich and Dillon to realize I was among true enthusists! Their knowledge of both Grenadier and it's associated market and lifestyle was incrediby refreshing. No sales jargon, no agenda, absolute no presure. Honestly walking in, I had zero intention of purchasing that visit, but I walked out an owner. Not in spite of some sales agenda, but fully comfortable that I was leaving as a partner! A very gratifying feelng. I hope Arrowhead develops and continues this formula. I think it will be very successful.

The followup interaction with Arrowhead has been stellor. Unfortunately, our first trip from Arizona to Colorado was dampened by a truck throwing a rock into our windshield. Yep, even the Grenadier can be damaged! Ha! One cell phone call was all it took for Justin in Service to get all things rolling, and Tuesday I, and the Grenadier will become whole again.

We bought our new Grenadier Fieldmaster here and were so happy with the process. My husband had originally placed a special order several months ago, but when news of the impending tariffs hit and the special order was still overseas, we needed a new plan fast. Nick Angels was extremely helpful to us. He helped us find the vehicle on their lot that was most equivalent, and continued communicating with my husband late into the evening to help him get thousands of dollars off in rebates and accessories. The vehicle we ended up with is even better than the special order would have been in many ways! So glad we chose this dealership to purchase our new Grenadier!
