Hey there, especially the owner-operators, please ignore this place. It’s a real time-suck. I arrived at 8 am and checked in but I still haven’t been able to unload my truck. I’m still waiting for door 3:00 pm

Hey there, especially the owner-operators, please ignore this place. It’s a real time-suck. I arrived at 11:40 am and checked in at 1 pm, but I still haven’t been able to unload my truck. I just got a call at 4:41 pm for the door, and it’s now 10:07pm. I’m still waiting.

Not sure why all the crying comments are about. Arrived 2hrs early. Checked-in and 2hrs later got the door. The easiest park you could ask for. Appointment at 2PM docked at 2:05PM unload completed at 2:30PM 24 pallets 38K weight! Off the premises before 3PM.

Security guards are the rudest people I've ever seen. And lumpers charge way too much to unload so slow. Avoid coming here if you can.

Got here at 5am for 7am appointment. Finally got a door at 8:20. Green light at 10:45. Got bills at 11:50. The restroom is a jailhouse toilet. Guard shack
was friendly enough.

Stay away from this place. if you plan on coming here, do not book another load because I guarantee you they’re going to keep you here all day and night. They have no respect for the truck drivers they don’t care about us nor our time. I would give this 0 stars if I could. If I I had the power to shut this place down I would.
