I've been very depressed and not caring since I lost my aunt and I've been putting my husband through a lot of meanness and hatred when I shouldn't cuz he's right there for me but losing my aunt was everything so I decided to attend the compassionate friends group I'm grief support group even though it's basically for people that have lost children or siblings and I lost my aunt and she was like my mom so I attended the class with an open mind and I got some tools out of it and I met some people and I got plugged into some other group supports and classes and things to do with my time other than to sit here and hate life because my aunt went to heaven so everybody in the class was very nice very respectful very caring and I'll probably go back

Quiet, and clean and safe. Not much for young people to do, making it safe, while us senior citizens can reminisce about those great days gone by. Food choices abound from Japanese to Mexican to Italian and fast food eateries in-between. A good place to spend a lazy day strolling in the park..

This building is located next to the Gila County Museum. It'e easy to spot as it's off of the 60 highway road and you will see a vintage cannon(?) near it.
There isn't much to see inside, however they did have a very kind and informative lady there answering questions. The interior was well-maintained and clean. There's also plenty of brochures as well to learn more about Miami and Globe that you can grab on your way out.
Plenty of off-street parking on a concrete lot, and the building wasn't too busy even on a weekend.

Humphreys 2 lane saloon is unwelcoming. My friend is visiting Globe, and went to this establishment and was denied service, for no reason! Don't go there!

This is a great place to stop in for information about the area. They have a lot of good resources and literature. We talked with a delightful young lady named Angel who was very helpful.
