They were very fast and polite to my friend who used them for her computer. But I cant say I feel like they know what they're doing. They wiped her hard drive in a situation where a windows repair, or at least data salvage, was absolutely still an option.

And on top of that, they let her out of the door with a 32 bit version of windows Home, when she had Windows 10 Pro 64 bit installed.

I had to rectify this situation with hours of remote support getting the proper version of windows restored, and trying to restore lost data. 32 bit windows should NEVER be the version a repair place defaults to. None of her gaming software would even run on the machine when she got it home, and only 3.4GB of her 32GB of memory was showing (due to the 32-bit windows limiting things).

Overall a very mixed bag. Price was good, and speed was good, but the job was... not well done.

Came in and within 30 minutes they had my problem fixed. They had a few problem computers they were working on but they still squeezed me in. Made the 35 minute drive so worth it and they are reasonable on the prices too. Remember to play nice with the dog!

I called them today 8 June 2022. I’m an old man and disabled and can’t get around very well. I needed some advice on my computer laptop, printer, and iPhone. A very nice lady helped me. This is unusual in today’s market. Thank you so very very much.
