They need to develop a system to let folks know if the water is gonna be shut off do to an emergency- they have other systems for warning- they need to add another layer to the system

cannot make payments from checking account, called and cannot make payments over the phone, cannot get form to have it auto deducted from checking account....UPDATE YOUR OPTIONS AND COME INTO REAL BUSINESS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
