Friendly and helpful owner and staff, and was able to view a setup similar to what I was looking for on the owner’s truck and learn more about it. Quote process was super efficient, really liked that the shipping and installation was included. Items came in early and the installation appointment was moved to accommodate. Installation was right on time, too! Was walked through the details and mechanics of the cover and rack, as well as provided all of the documents for them. Perfect experience!

Steve, Tristan and Kyle are always great and very helpful. Great products, service and support. These are photos of my Silverado 2500 Duramax that I bought new in 2011. They installed LED headlights, a brush bar with LED fog lights and cornering lights on the roof. It looks like a new truck!

Was just passing through with a truck I had brought down for my dad. He had wrecked his old one. Found a light bar I wanted to have installed on it and also swapped out the highs, lows, and fogs. I was going to just bring it all home and do it myself but the owner said he didn’t have an appointment until 3 (this was around 130) and said he could do it real quick for me. Saved me hours of work and I was back in the truck by 245. Love the customer service here. Will continue being a repeat customer. I’ve been a customer here since back when NWC began. Even though the owners changed a few times since then, they’ve always been super cool dudes. Thanks again guys.

Great experience with Northwest Customs in Soldonta, AK. Very responsive to questions, quick to email quotes and spot on with their shipping times. My tires showed up right when they said they would and they made my install appointment for the next day. The work was efficient and the balancing on the tires was perfect. Highly recommend and I’ll be using them again since I just bought another truck.
