I’m a patient at the Gold Canyon Stripes Primary Care, and I see Jessica Glentz FNP. I recently changed from a different practice, and I am very pleased with the care here. I have been able to get appointments easily, the front office staff are polite and friendly. Wait time is fine, and my NP is great!

I just had to exchange a blood pressure devise that was not working properly for one that would work. I was informed that my insurance would no longer cover the cost and that did not want me to spend a lot of money paying for it myself. no problem. I will just go on line and purchase my own.

There's an urgent care located inside this primary care facility, so there may be variance with urgent care. I had to get established with a new doctor with primary care, and have had nothing short of an easy and empathic experience. I'm so grateful another facility is nearby after my main doctor left the practice I previously went to. The provider I see here is attentive, kind, open to hearing what's needed and what I'm experiencing, and I'm grateful for a provider that's working with me rather than telling me I'm wrong. Too many experiences in the past with physicians who weren't listening have taught me what to look for, and I'm impressed with the provider I have here.

I checked the website before going over to make sure they did x-rays. After a wait of over an hour the attending physician took one look at my hand and told me I needed to go to the ER because they no longer did x-rays. They need to update their website.

First visit was great, met with the doctor we were supposed to, they took great care. Subsequent visits, despite asking to be seen by a doctor, was pushed off to a nurse.

Then, they insist on continuously drug testing for medication, and making you pay. This is a racket.

Finally, when I inform them I won’t be continuing our relationship, as retaliation, they reduced the amount of medication they wrote my script for, without informing me. I only knew because the pharmacy quoted me a lower price than usual and I asked.

This is incredibly immature and unprofessional behavior. Find another provider.
