The staff was very polite, helping and friendly. Go inside and fill in a Check-in slip and give it to them. They will call you quickly and assign you a door. Cross border drivers will require to bring PARS stickers with them and the border they want to cross.

Washrooms are clean. Average time 3-4 hours to get loaded and get going.

Poor customer service,very bad behaviour with drivers,I’ll waiting for my load 2 days,

A lot of positive things for a truck driver when doing business here

Poor loading, they load water melons up to my tandem, the last row I can see is three stacks. That makes 35000lb on drive axel. I came back and ask them to put two upper pallets on the floor. When they did it was THE SAME. they shuffled from nose only and my trailer still has lot of space on back. It just reduced 450lb. I didn't go back there to waste my time and play with diesel fill.

Helpful friendly staff. I had to wait most of a day, and over night but the warehouse can't control when the trucks come across the border. Overnight parking. Before the gates lock, a little girl will knock on your door selling warm potato and bean burritos for your dinner. Instacart will also deliver here before the gates lock. Be sure to give description where you are tho because google sends them to the wrong side of the highway.

I come here quite often as a truck driver, Jorge the shipper is always great to deal with and a great guy in general. They’re usually quite proactive in getting you loaded properly the first time so that any other pickups you have won’t be an issue with weight. I’m always happy to come here when I get a dispatch for it because they have a good facility, good people and I know I won’t have to fight with anyone to get the job done right the first time.

They are good for giving me update whether product is ready or not. Once they have it the loading are fast and as well getting your paperworks staff are friendly too
