I want to share my assessment of Pioneer Title and the handling of a For Sale By Owner (read no real estate agent used). This Title agency has a lot of experience with this process and is staffed by April Bundrick, Senior Escrow Officer, who led me and the buyer through the process with expediency, anticipation of issues and no last minute problems. The process was smooth and the buyer did not have to be present for the closing, rather did all the paperwork online. I can recommend the agency and April to anyone looking for a competent, competitive process.
