Changing my below review to 5 stars. Management stepped up significantly to address our needs. Thank you! and we look fwd to many more years of business. I think there is just a lot of changes going on and things got inadvertently dropped.

I have no idea what is going on with Naumann and their new management or whatever they're doing new at corporate and service level. I tried 3-4 times to get someone to come out and troubleshoot the lifts at a unit on a military installation. They failed to follow up or simply return my inquiry every time. The one time someone did return a response to our inquiry, she said there's a charge for them to even come out and investigate what the issue is. Naumann has been maintaining our forklifts for years and I don't recall there been a charge to come out for an estimate. The military contracting office can't pay for something that may not turn out to be a service. New management must not know how to deal with the military and will likely miss out on significant business opportunities. Good luck.
