My experience at the Western passport center was amazing! I was so surprised and grateful. They were all so nice, not "grumpy to be working there", the process was very efficient. I recommend following the process documented for urgent passports. We had an international trip coming within 7 days and we drove from PHX so they got us our passport within a couple of hours! Totally unexpected and such a relief!

First time i came in I had a great experience with the person processing my application. He was quick and efficient. When I came to pick up my passport i had a horrible experience. Waited an hour. Saw multiple other pick ups come and go almost as soon as they gave the receipt. I even scheduled my pick up date a day after it got approved.

Coming from New Jersey we thought this was going to be a disaster, being so close to the real id deadline. The service was fast and the employees were very pleasant. The agent who helped us was Erik. He was the best! Also, Jennifer was quite helpful!

I don’t know where to start, but these ladies saved my families vacation April 16th. after TSA in Sacramento accidentally kept my daughters passport.once we landed in Arizona realizing were one passport short that was scary! We couldn’t board the next plain since we were flying out the country! Thanks to these lady’s they helped me get my daughter a new passport. wish I could remember there names, I owe them big time!

Needed passport for emergency travel and was able to pick up my passport within two hours but my in office experience was so quick I was in and out within 10 minutes! Best experience by far for renewing passport for emergency travel! All the staff were so friendly and helpful too! Definitely recommend and worth the drive from Scottsdale

Very efficient, Professional and pleasant staff and officers who get the job done in amazing time. There are clear instructions on how to schedule an appointment and what is needed to get a new or renew a passport and other documents. They are very organized and do their best to get you what you need. From the person who confirms the appointment, to the security officers, to the passport officers - they are all outstanding. WELL DONE!

I had an appointment Monday April 28, 2025 @ 12pm at Western Passport Agency to get my passport same day. The drive was 5 hours round trip. When I finished, they said my passport would be ready at 3pm. I asked if they could send it overnight. They said yes if I pay $21.36 extra to have it sent out. I asked if they had everything they needed and they said yes. I paid an expedite fee, extra postage fee for overnight, security surcharge fee, and passbook fee then left after she said my passport would go out Tuesday April m29th and arrive Wednesday April 30th. Tuesday April 30th @ 2:08pm I received and email stating additional info is needed and a letter and/or email was sent April 29th. Never received and email so I called the passport agency call center and they couldn't tell me what additional info is needed. They said there are no appointment Wednesday April 30th. No one can help. The passport agency needs help. I am supposed to be leaving the country for a wedding Monday May 5th, and it looks like I will be shit out of luck and not going due to the lack of help from the call center not knowing anything. And having no one to speak to at the Western passport Agency.
