They have fresh cut meat, dry aged meat, and frozen meat.

Delicious meat! I showed up yesterday looking for top sirloin and was disappointed to see they were out of stock. Thankfully, the owner, Sam, came out to check in and see what I was looking for. He offered to bring me into the back and show me what he was cutting and to make any requests that I had. The picanche cut was AMAZING! Thanks for the excellent hospitality, Sam! We will be back again!

At this time the prices are comparable to supermarket prices, which is surprising considering the quality and the fact that the meat is area sourced.

The best ribeye I've had in recent memory - tender flavorful and trimmed perfectly. I don't think I can go back to Safeway steaks after this.
