I’m right there with everybody that states they don’t answer their phones my registration in suspended and can’t have the suspension lifted until I get a hold of them. Over a tint being to dark was the reason for getting pulled over I motioned the court to explain that my windows are factory tinted never received a paper ticket stating that. They just suck period. Next I’m filing a complaint with the higher up. Filing. Complaint with the court commission on justice court I’m tired of getting the run around….

Currently trying to get a restraining order against someone and the constable just refuses to do her job. I called multiple police departments and spoke to a DA who told me she’s more than capable of sending off papers and they were very confused why she’s telling me she can’t? She claims it’s because she “doesn’t have a fax machine” and that I “need to hire a private processor,” even though my tax dollars are paying her right now. I’ve never seen someone in a government position be so complacent in domestic violence. I feel scared for other women like me who try to take a case here against their abuser and are not helped when they’re in danger.

For a Court house they have very vile and disrespectful employees. I just talked to one of their clerks and she was extremely short and disrespectful before I could get anything else out she hung up on me. How can you expect better when your not doing better You guys see the views and I know I'm not the only one posting negative. Be better and do better! Because I felt very unheard and just tossed to the side.

In general no one likes to go to court, but it is made significantly worse when having to deal with unpleasant, self important people. The lady at window #4 seems very put out by people needing help. Not opening the window ( she is the only clerk today) until @8:35 seemed rude. A man politely asked if he needed a ticket, being unfamiliar with court procedure and she very forcefully told him NO and to go sign up. Then she announced, over the speaker, NOT to bother her unless you have a number. After telling a couple of people that she CAN'T help them, she closed her window to do some cleaning 😔 and make sure NO ONE bothered her. Court usually sucks, but please don't make it worse with your personal problems and obvious dislike of your job or the general public.

It's definitely a timing thing - Tuesdays and Wednesdays are their busiest and sometimes you're timing is terrible anyway (they're really backed up, short-staffed, clogged up bureaucracy, etc.). I've had fairly nice staff so far but it was SLOW going; I had to show up by 8:30AM and then wait ~6 hours to be seen, but it only took 8 minutes for them to help me. If you HAVE to go physically, reserve the day, bring a book.

“Wow!” Terrible service to say the least. Your representatives don’t care and lie about turnaround times, because they don’t know. You get better service at fast food restaurants. To call you a court house is a disgrace.
I was forced to escalate to a supervisor, but Tania likes to hang up on people and seems like she’s the only one answering the phone there.

I’m from Tucson, and now I’m forced to have to drive down there because you guys don’t even answer your voice messages. Even asking for supervisor call backs. I’m beyond disgusted by your service, and will make sure it’s addressed accordingly when I get therein person.

As of now, I’m just simply still trying to ask for a records request. Nothing has been done also if I have already paid and the court took the 28 dollar fee? I will dispute the charge with my bank if necessary.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! I submitted a records request 2 months ago. Never received a response from the court except an email stating that a clerk would contact me in 2 days time. I have been trying to for 2 months now to get court records from SVJC and still do not have papers in hand, extremely frustrating to say the least.

Tried to pay on a fine months ago. Didn’t have certain information to find my case and any time I called and left a message no one ever picked up or called back. Now my fine has been sent to collections because the motherf*ckers are there only 1 day a week.
