Was 2 hours late, still got loaded in a decent amount of time, friendly staff, NO RESTROOM

Their lazy forklift drivers and managers did not put an airbag to secure the freight. I had to drive back to have them fix it, and I lost a valuable day. They also did not compensate me for my lost day.

Unprofessional people if u go plz take the empty trailer ticket then they will load u alot of staging area aftr check in they gave u a door 2-3 hr fcfs nd for loading 2-3 hr they r busy
•no restroom most of the time out of oder
•little bit hard to back on door bcz alot of truck parks infront of the dock
•1 mile love travel stop try to get scale overthere bcz they need again ticket after loading

Super fast everything. Got a door fast, loaded fast, paperwork fast. In and out in just over an hour. Weight was perfect. What else can you ask for as a driver

They have the just the basics there. They have porta john's outside for the drivers. They don't have drink vending machines there or permanent food sources. However, late in the afternoon I saw people driving through that were selling food out of the back of their cars. If you have to wait there and don't want to drive a Pilot is about one mile away.

Checked in @ 2 pm and it is now 8 pm, still have not gotten a door. very unprofessional Staff and won’t answer calls.
