The Meading Room is my happy place. It's super chill, with beautiful scenery and delicious drinks. They have events throughout the year, but it's also a perfect way to spend a quiet Saturday sipping mead and looking out at the hills (and sometimes horses and cows across the road). The variety of mead and cider is good, with dry and sweet flavors, and a lot of different fruits. They have a couple wines too, with Old No. 9 being my personal favorite. They do flights, so you can taste different drinks before deciding which glass or bottle to buy. I usually pick up a few bottles on the way out, for me and to give as gifts because my family and friends are fans of this place too

Staff are kind and helpful. The ambiance is relaxing and comfortable. We ordered two flights of drinks and an onion and garlic goat cheese board. Everything was worth the price and this will be my new go to spot for drinks!

Delicious Mead and Cider, very friendly staff, amazing views.

If you never tried mead before this is definitely the place to go. From traditional mead to bubbly mead, cider, fruit wine and specialty drinks.

The views from their mead garden are beautiful. Mountains, rolling hills, a winery right next door.

Alas, your weekend in wine country is coming to a close — time to head back to Tucson and prepare for another tedious work week and a miserable Monday replete with moronic meetings and a multitude of stupid emails and the myriad other forms of pointless electronic communication. Everyone “Adding Value”. Totally depressed just thinking about it. So maybe cap off this relaxing wine country weekend with a stop by The Meading Room. And that’s just what we did. Charming place, nice folks, and they were serving refreshing mead slushies or slurpies, perfect sippin’ for a hot summer day on their shaded patio. The magic elixir did the trick; forgot all about the week to come. Definitely worth a return visit!

This is really a nice little place, our first time here ans first time having Mead as a drink.
The view of the surrounding area is very good. The outside patio area is a fun relaxing place. They people do also offer cider, wine along with the Mead. It was a nice experience and we would go back again! The service was good they explained what Mead was and how it differ wine.

Fun spot for a tasting with delicious and amazing alcohol options. Mead, cider, and fruit wines are hard to come by and this place has them all. A tasting here includes five of any of the aforementioned options. I liked the bubbly meads best, but all were excellent. One person in my group usually does not like alcohol, but liked two of the meads enough to buy bottles! The bartender (brewer, perhaps?) was excellent. He talked about picking and processing some of the unique ingredients himself. Where else could you try prickly pear mead? The patio was lovely with great views. They’re also dog friendly!

These folks have got it going on! As a mead maker myself for quite a few years my wife and I were very impressed. The establishment was very modern yet welcoming and dog friendly as we brought our beagle. Barbara was our host and she did and exceptional job! She was very fluent in their mead, explaining in detail the complexity of each mead. Many thanks for her hospitality. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stop by for a flight, you will be impressed!
