I had Creative Metals make 3 elaborate custom gates for me back when they were starting up in 2004. The gates were well built and the esthetic installation was superb. Unfortunately the engineering was bad and each summer two of the gates expanded (as steel will) and could not be opened or closed right from the start. Over the years I have called them repeatedly to ask if they could help remedy them. I have never received a reply back. So, great welders but terrible engineers. Also, really poor long term support and basically quite rude to not return my calls. Warning, there are a lot of companies out there that want to do the work but not support it.

I had driveway gates made and installed. The gates are very good quality. The guys that installed them are not trustworthy. They cut corners and didn't seem to think ahead. Post holes were not dug as big as agreed. Post caps were installed too low and made contact with the gates when opened.
My Advise - Get your gates made at Creative Metals. Have someone you trust, install them.

This place is a joke. They can't get their measurements right. First it's too big, then too small. Unprofessionally installed. Took forever from start to finish. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

My life has been S*** since the day they stole it and is very much active today I've been dealing with IDENTITY THEFT since I called but they had the audacity to hang up on me after mentioning who I am 🤬🤬🤬🤬
